We take a lot of time and effort into each item made and endeavour to ensure every item is in perfect condition and personalised correctly from the information given by the customer before the shipping process. Therefore no refunds are offered on custom items unless they are faulty.

If in the unlikely event an item you receive from us is faulty please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with proof of the fault and a replacement will be sent once we receive the original back.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer expense and will not be refunded.

Please note that while every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.


Each item is made by hand so please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to arrive. We always aim to get to your sooner however this is not always possible so please be aware of the timescale before ordering. Rush orders cannot always be accepted but we will do everything we can to get you your order on time.
